  1. One of the reasons that I never got into rollerblading was that the brake they gave was on the back, rather than the front. I suppose it was intended that you'd use one of these other methods to stop and for the life of me, I only remember using the toe drag, but that's probably my memory, and I was probably already going fairly slowly when I would start dragging it.
