  3. You have to remember that a large part of why South America is in such bad shape is because of US intervention in the region, destabilizing countries for the profits of our rich.

  4.  @NebkadBible  Yep, I'm definitely not a wokester, but it's pretty clear that things like the School of the Americas did create an obligation to help in some fashion. Most of these folks work extremely hard in the US and send money back to relatives. Over time things are actually improving.
