That's the problem, at this point they don't even seem to understand that they're supposed to promise things we want to earn our votes and then if elected they're supposed to make some of those promises come true. They've gotten way too comfortable with blaming the voters for not supporting them while making no effort at all to earn those votes.

And I hope that in 2028 after that happens people will remember that the DNC is what allowed that to happen.

IKR, 2 democratic Presidents in a row massively under deliverered on what they could have delivered on. And Biden wasn't even the candidate people wanted, it was the candidate that the DNC gave us because they didn't want their voters to start expecting them to do things to make our lives better.

Are we sure Bernie isn't going senile? The Democrats haven't been an opposition party in decades. They're a second party that exists largely to give the GOP cover while they gut the economy for their wealthy donors.

It seems to be working for the Democrats, they're not really much better than the GOP, but somehow they keep getting the votes. (Notable cases like DeSantis not withstanding) And even in the case of DeSantis the only reason he can get away with that is because the Democrats are giving him cover to do it by not running proper candidates with actual alternate policy proposals. It's all vote for their candidates because they aren't nearly as monstrous.

@covenant11 Yeah, he's not going to run, if he was, he'd have already announced an intention to do so. At this point, Kamala already has the necessary delegates to get the nomination. It's not right, but she's got the delegates.
