  1.  @Christina-cf9ot  yes, that's the only way for nobody to get one of the questions right. Somebody is going to guess every possibility, the odds of nobody guessing at least once is astronomical. Every provided answer will be selected by somebody.

  2. The correct answer would be either 1 or 3 depending upon how you interpret the question. 4 isn't an answer you can get without misinterpreting what the words in the problem mean. This is why the correct answer isn't listed, 4 isn't correct and the poor soul who had to write the answered wouldn't get it.
