  2. I can usually hold mine for about 2 and a half minutes, but I think that's probably because I've got asthma and the lung capacity was an absolute essential when I was younger. It probably started out as lung packing as my lungs themselves were fine, but it did and still does take an abnormally long time for me to completely inhale and exhale.

  3.  @Ebani  The point of the water is to prove that there's no oxygen leaking around the plugs. The reflex is still there, it's just much more dangerous if you do take that breath.
