Fair would be for roughly 60% of all the loans being waived, that would roughly bring it back into line with what it was in the '90s. Also realize that the earnings that recent graduates have made is substantially less the last couple years. I'm personally making roughly 2/3 what I would have been making had the pandemic not happened.

@robertbrown1021 The reason these loans exist in the first place is that the wealthy and corporations stopped subsidizing then, but you still need a degree for most higher paying jobs, but the wages have also been stagnate for decades.
