  1. Honestly, depending on the specifics that sounds like more of an OCD thing depending upon the specifics. For example, if I don't check my stove at least 3 times the house will burn down. It's delusional, but it's more of an OCD delusion.

  2. That's more of a question for a pharmacist, they know more than just about anybody about what you can and can't combine with various medications. Although, when it comes to supplements, there's often not as much known as you need to make an intelligent decision.

What worked for me was a mixture of group therapy with a mixed group (various different diagnoses), medication, cognitive behavioral therapy and just making the decision that I was more concerned about what would happen if I was wrong about people being monsters than being right. It was pretty hardcore but over time the symptoms lessen and I've been able to function for the last nearly 20 years without medications. I can't promise similar results, but be aware that no matter what they tell you, with proper treatment and a huge amount of commitment, it is possible to recover or at least to have the symptoms subside enough to lead a good life.
