  2. Yes, the police benevolent society stickers are one thing, they may play a minor role in terms of them knowing what sort of person the driver is likely to be. But, I'd also wager it can cut both ways as it could also signal a spoiled brat behind the wheel that might talk back and cause problems as well. But, these cards are next level.

  3. My wife's family has those stickers on their cars. I don't know that it really does anything, I was only in her car once when she got pulled over. But, it was an emphasis patrol looking for drunk drivers and we got pulled over because she had forgotten to turn on her headlights. (It wasn't super dark yet and it can be hard to tell if that car's headlights are on unless it's really dark) Neither of us had been drinking, so I don't know that we would have gotten a ticket either way. Yes, it was arguably ticketable, but I doubt the officer wanted to write her a ticket for this when he was there looking for drunks.
