@Curmudgeon2 TBH, the biggest problem with robocalls I've had the last couple of years was from politicians who wrote themselves a loophole to allow themselves to robocall people without permission. It's almost as big a problem as the military being allowed to use contact information that they obtain from schools for the purposes of harassing high school students. It speaks volumes about how dumb the recruits are if they expect to blatantly lie to potential recruits after having obtained the contact info from a 3rd party and continued to harass the target for months on end. I guess army recruits are smarter than naval recruits, as I got precisely one call from the army, and dozens upon dozens from the navy.

@MistaDobalinaMistaBobDobalina Those are related. The rules didn't just allow the telecoms to block the calls, but they were also required to put more effective measures into place and block call centers that weren't complying with the law from having their calls terminated in the US.
