TBH, I think that any ticket revenue from such machines should be legally required to be spent on traffic safety in some fashion. Whether that be improving the design of the roads or possibly things like subsidized transportation home from bars.

@MonkeyJedi99 Driving under the limit is also illegal if you're delaying other vehicles.

Around here it's some sort of non-moving infraction, mostly because they don't want to have a bunch of people challenging the constitutionality of the cameras that they know violate people's rights.

@tattootempest All of those go to the registered owner as they don't have any way of knowing to send it to somebody else.
