  1.  @1funnygame  Precisely, a lot of these programs were designed that way on purpose and it's even worse as often times they're forced to take jobs that they're offered, even if they pay just enough to lose benefits, but not enough to make up for the lost benefits.

  2. If they were ethical, they would just pay the amount ending in .26 and let the policy holder pay the remaining .60. Problem solved, they just don't want to pay the money they owe.
