  1. My favorite is claiming that there's a child around the corner where you can't see them and using that as the basis for insisting that going over 20mph is speeding. And then giving it the schoolzone enhancement. Because nothing screams safe driving like looking off to the side of the road and trying to guess the age of anybody you see.
