@mrfirestop415 What do you think "stricken from the record" means? There's a bunch of stuff that's said in open court that may not be permissible, judges can have that stuff removed.

@PaulPupp Yes, also the public is usually allowed to attend sessions unless there's a compelling reason to clear the court.

@PaulPupp No, but as a matter of fact, that has always been the case. The only difference is that access is better now and there are a lot more people looking. There was always the ability to find this stuff.

@mrfirestop415 That's rather problematic as there's a bunch of stuff that's not allowed to be used in the trial that's defamatory, or outright made up.
