That's largely the concern that I have for them. One of the issues with these cameras is that they don't take into consideration what's going on. We've got some speed cameras here that are in school zones and they're only active at certain times of the day. We've also get red light cameras that fail to consider that yellow means stop if you can safely do so, and a few of the yellow lights we have here are only like 2 or 3 seconds long.
