Yes, essential workers still haven't received any hazard pay to recognize our risks and the unemployed are on the verge of being thrown into the streets, that is the ones that aren't already being evicted. And we get two morons running for President, neither of whom is going to do anything about it. They won't even issue any reasonable sounding promises that they'll then break.

Yes, but even more evil. He's more like if Kevin Spacey as Dr. Evil invented that child molesting robot that The Rock's character invented in that SNL sketch.

It's worth noting that just like during the Great Depression, that if you're well off enough to own your own home, you're likely to be fine. You might have to sell all of your things and rent out rooms, but you'll be fine. It's the people who didn't own their homes outright that are likely in the soup.

We're not quite there yet, those are still demonstrators, but it looks like we're getting close. There is no deal to help the average citizens and they aren't even putting up a convincing show of trying.

I must have missed it, when was the bad time to be a multi-billionaire? Or does that mean I still have time to go out and buy some torches and pitchforks?

He's not being blamed for ecommerce booming, he's blamed for not actually paying his workers a decent wage for taking on the risk. Also, keep in mind that his having that kind of money is part of why we don't have things like medicare for all and government paid for college.

Locally, they may not have enough workers to do the work, but it doesn't magically just show up when you raise wages, it can take a bit of time and people may not be able to move there, even if they're willing to accept the job.

TBH, the guillotine is rather kind considering the kind of pain and suffering they've caused. If we're to the point where we're executing the oligarchs, something more painful and bloody is probably in order.
