@user-lu8mc3wo3i Having the police selectively enforcing court orders is extremely dangerous. Law enforcment has chosen to investigate crimes associated with being poor while ignoring white collar crimes that are associated with being rich. It's also a tad disingenuous to suggest that that was the thing that caused it to go out of control. Had those guards refused to do their jobs, they likely would have been shot and new ones brought in. It doesn't take many guards being shot before the rest of them comply. Also, keep in mind that Nuremberg only happened because the Nazis ultimately lost the war. Had they not lost, the reality for the guards would have been very different. WWII was a lot closer than a lot of people realize, the UK was a mere weeks away from being eliminated and had Hitler waited to attack the Soviets until after having solidified his positions in Europe, he might well have succeeded in world conquest.

When you don't show up in court, the court generally rules on behalf of the party that brought the action. Sadly, once a judge enters an order like this due to a failure of one party to show up, it can be extremely difficult to get the order reversed, even in cases where the defendant was never served or notified of the court date.

Thankfully Biden won't do anything at all about medical care and medical expenses. Sadly, judges don't automatically care about how process serving is done and once the date is set, there's limited ability to challenge after the court date.
