If any other candidate had been nominated, the Democrats would have a massive and very compelling weapon against Trump. Instead, they chose to ignore the voters and rig the primary in favor of the most senile candidate they could find.

@tule2955 And possibly underestimating the number of us that are going to vote 3rd party because we realize that voting for Biden would mean that the Democrats definitely won't stop rigging elections for neoliberal republicans.

Keep in mind that if Trump starts to take these things seriously and Biden has to actually show up for a debate, it could shift the other way.

To be fair, if Clinton had been able to hide in her basement, she would have been up by a lot more. Every time she had an appearance, she lost support.

@detectivecolephelps4760 If only it was just that, he forgets what office he's running for and what state he's in. That test that Trump shouldn't be proud of passing might not be something that Biden could pass. Trump is a moron, but he's probably not senile. Also, I think if Biden does back out of the debates in any form, he's not going to have a nice guy like Bernie covering for him. Trump will ruthlessly go after him for chickening out of any debates.

@Bluebelle51 Same, most likely I'll vote Green party, but I'm definitely not voting for either Trump or Biden, either way we lose. But at least if enough people vote Green Party they get recognition and some perks.
