Absolutely, he was lying about basically everything, he never had any intention of doing those things. And the people realize that he was lying which is why we have Trump. Some believed that Trump might do some of what he promised, others didn't bother to vote and some just hoped that he would burn the system down so we could start over. Obama and Biden are why we have Trump and enough voters are falling for it that we might get more of the same garbage that didn't work the last time, but somehow because orange man bad, it's different.
