  1.  @kayleelockheart8208  I like "Crow Biden." But, the Black community keeps voting for the most damaging politicians as long as they're willing to give some pretense to wanting to help. The Clintons and Biden have been disastrous to the community. Not to mention Obama.

  2. You clearly don't understand how this is supposed to work. You're supposed to vote for the candidate of one of the major parties and pretend like that will somehow improve your life. If they screw you over, you're supposed to pretend like you wanted it. Now that I say that out loud, that sounds an awful lot like the dynamic of an abusive marriage.

  3. Please, don't stay home, come out and vote for somebody, even if it's a 3rd party candidate, write in or only the down ticket races. But, I'm sure as hell with you on not voting Biden.

That's the thing, had Bernie extracted a commitment to medicare for all, a green new deal or something of similar value to the progressives, it would have significantly reduced the likelihood of Biden losing. It's foolish to think that those coal miners in W. Virginia are dedicated to coal mining, that's just the only option for jobs in the region. It's dangerous and they're dying of black lung, literally coughing up black chunks of their lungs. Both medicare for all and a guaranteed jobs program would likely be very appealing to those voters.

  6. Why did he have to? He got absolutely nothing out of it. Bernie is old enough that he's likely nearing the end of his time in the Senate. The people support his policies, at this stage there really isn't anything to be gained by endorsing Biden other than them not Nadering him.

That's the thing there, I do think the hostage analogy here is rather apt as I doubt very much that he wanted to do this and I wonder if he isn't counting on people to heed is advice there and just leave the party. Realistically, Biden can't be trusted to honor any of the promises he makes to the left as he's far more interested in the money coming from the right.
