Well, thank god that Biden got us all $2k checks immediately after those last Senate races were resolved and waived all those student loans. The GOP will have no chance with the Democrats delivering such popular things.

@noahmets The GOP has nothing to do with it. The democrats used reconciliation as an end run around the GOP, they could have made the $1400 the $2k they promised or even recurring. They also could have dealt with student loans. They still could deal with student loans, but Biden refuses to acknowledge that the power tart allowed the loans to be suspended could suspend them permanently.

@Obelix Exactly, the democrats used budget reconciliation and couldn't even be bothered to make it the $2k they promised, let alone any of those other things. They needed 0 GOP votes and completely own the lack of effort to make any of those things happen, just like how they stopped pushing for hazard pay for essential workers when they gained the ability to make it happen.
