Yeah, he's a total tool. Only the most brainwashed Democrats actually think that she's been a good leader when she keeps extracting losses out of victories. Had she taken the deal, Biden may have lost, but it would have forced McConnel to take action of some sort. It might well have saved some of those House races. Or, if McConnel hadn't killed it, people would have gotten help.

You're mistake is thinking that Democratic strategists are trying to win. They're strategy is to lose as convincingly as possible, so that people don't realize that they're deliberately throwing elections so their corporate masters still get what they want.
