  1. We'll have to see. SCOTUS gave him all that power when he wasn't President, and partially on the basis that they thought he'd have at least some self-control. It remains to be seen if their same logic is going to apply now that he's running absolutely amok and SCOTUS enabled it.

  2.  @JohnL-qe4pi  From a legal perspective perhaps, but he's still been convicted by a jury of his peers and that can't be undone in terms of what future historians write about his presidency.

  3. Or, SCOTUS was more SCOTUS and less SCrOTUmS, that would also be true. They had to completely ignore the constitution to give him the power that he's now abusing and history will not look kindly on that level of corruption and incompetence.
