@darscassel From what I remember, Tesla has been on some pretty shaky ground financially for years. A lot of which was due to Musk's incompetence and big mouth where they'd have to abandon their plans in order to make it plausible that he wasn't making stuff up as that isn't legal when you're speaking on behalf of a publicly traded corporation. And, generally such laws are still enforced as they negatively impact the wealthy. I'm personally, surprised that Tesla is still in business, just because of how shaky their business model is.

Because we stopped enforcing laws like that against powerful people. Trump shouldn't have been permitted to run for office again due to the previous insurrection that he incited and that he still doesn't seem to think that he lost in 2020.

@jack-i7d7l We've also had a couple of orders from Republican appointees, so it's going to be interesting to see what some of those more corrupt circuits decide to do with this.
