  1. You definitely don't need a lot of fancy equipment to get a quality resistance training experience. Perhaps a mat if you've got hard floors, loose fitting clothes and a pull up bar. But, you may not really need one if there's something that's roughly the same, in your environment. Outside stairs may be good enough if you can reach them and there's something to grab.
