  2. How do you proceed then? Apparently we've decided that you can't prosecute sitting Presidents and the primaries are only a few months away. This whole situation is weird and not one that really fits with the normal way of doing things. And no, the law isn't relevant at this point with how stacked the courts are with incompetent justices that Trump and McConnel got seated. Just look at SCOTUS with a bunch of openly incompetent judges doing things to the country that will take generations to fix, and in some cases may never be fixed due to the courts unwillingness to acknowledge when decisions were wrong.

  3.  @darthmalagus  Except it's clearly not that clear as the Colorado ruling would have been different. The man is probably the most corrupt to ever be President.
