@blisphul8084 Yep, the issue is the insistence on using text messages for the process. Text messages are just not secure and usually if they offer text messaging, they also offer voicemail, which is completely insecure for most people. Which means that if somebody does want in, they can break into the voicemail to get the code and then the company blames you because you were using 2FA which much means that you authorized it. There are better options like OTP and FIDO enabled dongles.
