  1. The courts would, but so much of what he's done was unofficial, so at least he is still prosecutable.

  2. Obama and RBG were complicit as well. RBG could have retired before Trump took office, but she was so sure that Hillary would win. And Obama could have applied the screws and really punished the Republicans for refusing to allow an up or down vote on any of his candidates. The Senate could also have acted to block every nominee that the GOP came up with during that last year of Trump's term as well.

  3. I'm not sure what people expected. The conservative justices have been at it for decades intentionally misinterpreting what the constitution says to whatever the most convenient interpretation is. It's been ratehr disgusting.

  4.  @Penelopesyoutube  Yep, as with so many of these decisions, it can, and likely will, appy to Presidents of both parties before too long. It's not like a decision like this is just going to disappear the moment it's no longer useful for the GOP.
