  3. Does that involve being pervy towards minors? Because not releasing the report heavily implies that there's something in there that would make the public uncomfortable with him being AG.

  4.  @dannyingram1196  It's not slander when it's true. There really has been an investigation and there really is a report that definitely would have been released had he not resigned. It's less certain what that report says, but it's unlikely to be complimentary if he resigned rather than let it be released ahead of his confirmation hearings.

  5. Why doesn't the Senate have a right to it? The literal only argument against releasing it is that he's no longer in the house because he resigned to take a job in the incoming administration. The fact that he's up for that job makes the information completely relevant.

  6. It's amazing how many people here are OK with inappropriate treatment of minors, just as long as it's being done by people on the correct side of the aisle.
