@aderan5011 It's even worse because while that was happening, the government cut back on how much money was being provided for subsidies and most federal student loans can't be discharged in bankruptcy court. Meaning, that not only is a post secondary education effectively mandatory for many jobs that shouldn're require one, it also costs more to get one and the pay you get at the end doesn't necessarily offset the cost of education that you didn't really need in the first place.

The easiest fix would be to just raise the top income tax rate capital gains rates so that there was less incentive to hoard all that wealth. It's not going to happen because SCOTUS legalized bribery though.

If they're using those fake job postings as part of their filings, that's already illegal. You're not allowed to lie in regulatory filings.

That's not always the case. The department that I work in at the local grocery store has been understaffed for months and nobody is applying. It's not even that bad of a job. But, at this point with only 2 people in the department, things are grinding to a halt as I'm already working 6 days a week and can't really work any more and there are so many open positions in other parts of the store that there isn't really anybody to borrow either. For me personally, I could train somebody to do the stuff that needs to be done in a matter of a few minutes, it's just that there isn't anybody to train because nobody is applying.
