  1. What this proves is that either they don't know the connection of the accounts or that they're willing to violate their own terms because their feelings got hurt.

  2. I avoid them whenever possible, but even buying on 3rd party sites doesn't guarantee that you won't be giving them money. An increasing number of things that I guy on eBay are being shipped to me in Amazon packaging. That being said, every time that people decide to buy elsewhere, whether or not it's cheaper or better, the sooner we might see some actual change. I always get sad when an obscure product that I need is only available on Amazon.
