@nerobernardino88 And courts need to stop recognizing that term as in many cases you don't have an option to avoid the ToS that includes that nonsense. I remember cancelling my AT&T plan because they installed an update to a device that I personally bought which hosed the root job that I had done on the device to remove a bunch of bloatware. The response I got was that I had agreed to that. Which is laughable when you have to agree to that term on any network and it normally just applies to leased hardware.
