@watamatafoyu In some more woke areas, it can be hard to get the police to respond to things that aren't. Especially if they think the issue can be resolved in civil court. Around here the prosecutor wouldn't prosecute anybody for small amounts of pot or for only stealing a little bit. It leads to a lot of problems when word gets out that as long as you don't steal too much at any given time that you won't face any consequences.
