  1. Honestly, it's hard for me to have much sympathy. This is what the boomers did, they got handed everything, and then went out of the way to ensure that the following generations wouldn't have the same opportunities.

  4. Because adding 3rd parties into the process has been so much of an efficiency gain. Government is as efficient as the politicians and bureaucrats want it to be. There's no profit motive beyond maintaining their jobs and a decent paycheck, they don't have to also pay off the ownership.

  5.  @jp4546  probably just as well in some respects, my dad went to the VA once and then never again. It was never fully funded and there were vets with a ton of need that didn't have other options.

  6.  @295Phoenix  I voted 3rd party because he wasn't going to be good and I couldn't stomach Trump. I also refused to vote for HRC the previous time. I'm going to vote 3rd party again next time unless there's no candidate available.
