  1. That and don't let my wife anywhere near them. I've had to spend a lot of my time cleaning mine up because my wife absolutely refuses to respect the rules associated with keeping cast iron nice. She'll insist upon cleaning them with soap and water, won't bother to completely dry them immediately and I cringe the moment I see that she's using them because I know that I'm going to be spending a lot of time addressing the damage she does to them.
