It will be released because somebody will pay to see it. There's probably a few that want this garage and a larger group that will be rubbernecking the train wreck.

I boycotted that Ghostbusters movie for years. Then, I saw it for free on streaming and I legit could not get more than about 20 minutes into it. And, I was trying to give it a chance to see if I was wrong. I wasn't, it was just as bad as I thought. Fortunately, since I waited that long, my viewing wouldn't be a vote for more of that garbage. It's mostly the theater goers and folks that buy the discs that have that clout.

Definitely, they could have been more inclusive and probably kept their market without any issues. The problem is they went at it in the laziest way imaginable by just doing a bunch of race swaps and calling it good. There's more or less an entire world of public domain work that Disney has yet to appropriate, it seems awfully lazy to just stick with the stuff that was from parts of Northern Europe.

@iati6294 Yep, it surprised me a couple years ago when somebody was surprised that I can't speak Spanish I'm mostly German and Norwegian, apparently there's enough descendants of Nazis in South America that Latino includes people that are about as white as possible.
