  2.  @BishopStars  He can say that, but the fact is that people don't, and worse they do listen to his guests that are often times allegedly experts in whatever it is. It would do the world a great service if he'd have people on and talk about a bunch of other stuff, because it takes a lot of work to properly interview people on various topics.

  4.  @MauricioMM_cubed  Totally, also he has the largest podcast on the planet and is presumably generating far more money than it would take to have somebody on staff to do some basic fact checking to at least discourage the most egregious grifters.

  7. I think it means that they're abusing the legal system in a way he doesn't approve of. Apparently, there are abuses that he does approve of.

  8. I don't think assault applies when you're not even in the same place. There's a bunch of other laws that apply to things like this.
