Or just ditch to bar completely, it's a test that may or may not actually reflect the ability of the test takers to practice the law as it's only a couple days. You can study for that to pass, but there's no guarantee that the information that passes the test is anywhere near enough to be a competent lawyer. After all, even incompetent attorneys generally have passed the bar.

@0ddSavant Exactly, for a test of this importance, they wouldn't be having all of those people on the same server, they'd typically want to do load balancing if for no other reason than so if a server does go down in a way that screws things up, at least they're only dealing with potential lawsuits from the people on that server rather than every test taker.

@Jaymadhat2002 Accreditation. If they go easy on their students they can lose their accreditation and with that their ability to be eligible to have students get federal loans. Even just being on probation for accreditation can be enough to close a college.

@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 But, even by that measure, it's still a terrible way of evaluating people's ability to practice. Hence why it's not required around here.
