@kennethsorrells The reasoning on some of these arguments that get into precedent can be extremely tortured as they try to bend the facts and previous precedence to come to the conclusion they want. Schools are allowed to restrict the speech and conduct of students while at school due to their legal obligations related to making sure that students understand the expectations on them in society. One would think that one of the most fundamental expectations of adults is to actually live to be adults and since the schools are required to do that, then the police branch of a school district would have some sort of legal obligation to intervene when there's an active shooter known to be on campus. But, I do think that the logic laid out in the video is what they'll go along with, as the court currently consists mainly of hacks that got there to deliberately misinterpret the constitution to benefit the donors that put their money down on politicians.
