I wouldn't personally consider screaming or not to be a particularly compelling piece of evidence as to whether or not it was consensual. When something like that happens there's all sorts of ways in which people react, freezing is not something I would consider surprising.

@literaterose6731 Yes, if the right hadn't been going through such an odious period, he wouldn't be seen so positively. He's a pretty horrible person, just not as horrible as so many of the GOP of the time.

Because civil cases have nothing to do with guilt. He was found liable, which is the civil court equivalent of guilty.

@deanjustdean7818 He doesn't have a right to an attorney in a civil matter. I do wish that it was a legal right, but it's not. That legal right is reserved for criminal proceedings and doesn't even guarantee that the lawyer is competent to practice.
