I've been going through my unit and replacing receptacles because I'm concerned about this and the fact that some of them are so loose that there's exposed metal that could cause a shock. For beginners, the lever nut based receptacles like the Leviton edge receptacles are great, there's basically no exposed metal and it's pretty easy to ensure that you've got a good connection to the receptacle. Plus, when they do eventually get loose again, they're going to be a snap to replace. I've done like a 8 or 9 recently and it only takes a few minutes per receptacle once you get the hang of it
