  54. The people blaming us for destroying the planet are the ones who’ve been at it for centuries. How long did it take companies to ban plastic shopping bags? How long ago did greedy manufactures replace recyclable glass with plastic? How many food products that react with plastic were transferred from glass to plastic? I'm surprised every time I see a product in a glass container!! Some companies understand. How many billions of products have been sold in glossy, eye-catching over-the-top packaging? Why did supermarkets replace paper bags with plastic bags? Because people were too lazy or weak to carry those large paper bags to the car? Plastic has been an agenda for decades. Everything we see today is an agenda. And part of each agenda is to make money. Bring back glass. There must be a way to make thinner, lighter glass that doesn't break easily.
