  2. You have my highest admiration. When I try it, I feel like someone removed most of my batteries and just want to sleep and can't get anything done for more than a couple of hours. Even though I know it's something I have to do.

  3. I think you'll get an answer more quickly if you go through his list of videos and watch those about diabetes. Busy YouTubers don't interact with their subscribers. There is A LOT of info about diabetes because the health care industry has turned it into a lifestyle. So many people feel justified in giving advice whether it makes sense or not. Another thing you can do is find a good dietitian who specializes in diabetes.

  7. How do you know organic is actually organic? You don't. You can't tell the difference, especially since organic is now basically the same price as non-organic.

  11. I think a good time to start investigating fasting is after your doctor sends you for blood tests, and you must fast for 12 hours. Eight hours is not enough. Almost anyone can do that. So you start at 12 and intermittently increase it by one or two hours until you feel comfortable fasting for one whole day.

  13. We know why they put soy in everything, and it's not because it's cheap!! Haven't many companies been found to sell fake olive oil or olive oil cut with other types of tasteless oils?
