  1. The right enjoys its false sense of superiority by constantly pointing out how the left is deficient. How does that make it better than the left? Maybe you should do a better job at picking out targets that matter, rather than harping on the "person-in-the-street" who is usually too busy to think about itself to spend much time in deep thought about how it feels about the world.
