  6. ​   I agree, but what can you do when you have nothing better to say? In fact I would call it lazy or apathetic rather than pathetic. I've always disliked this habit. As if well-known people - most of whom lived in much simpler times - have more pertinent insights than the average person. Then again that could simply be my ego typing. :-)

  7. I simply can't believe that the former Acting Director of National Intelligence & former US Ambassador to Germany said NUCULAR. Are people who should know better forced into saying nucular to make them sound like idiots? I checked my dictionaries, and not one includes the word nucular. What the hell is wrong with all of these people? They're not stupid. Many are scientists, for crying out loud.
