Montana like other states or provinces could set aside some money for land purchases . To accomadate alternative housing ideas, rent to own smaller lots with strong guide lines for garbage, hoarding or person with disabilities. Low income neighborhood. Heck let ultra rich people from out state donate to this cause or tax them a little for pricey homes for out of state persons .
