@iqbal.salman then why hasn't the BBC or for that any matter any media hasn't been able to reveal the true figures? The mainstream media in India is sold out. But the online media like The Wire The Quint,etc can do such "investigation".

@iqbal.salman if it really has. Then what are the aforementioned media doing? Their task is to point out any problems pertaining to such systems.
