@vellagang678 the testing is way less in Vietnam as compared to India Also genetics. Wuhan virus is less deadly for South East Asians.

@pankajsemalti7498 not an excuse. Super spreader events have occurred in India. From recent kumbh fair to political rallies to Elections. This too has contributed to cases. As for Maharashtra, even though it boasts of being highest in GDP across all states, has tested only 2Cr people out of 12 Cr.
