  20. Who plans on buying a house at 21 y/o? Not even the US is that the norm. Sure, some early 20 y/o homeowners exist but usually no one is set up for such an investment/obligation until their late 20s / early 30s..... And these are 2000s habits. There is no fiscal logic or responsibility starting that early and being house poor and nominally having "ownership".

This is a problem of 2 states with more bad faith actors in Ukraine... By virtue of the Western corporate and neo con anti Soviet resentments. Ukraine is a failed state who's sovereignty us irrelevant now. . We can hope the next American president can negotiate a reasonable peace with Russia. China is the real threat.
