  1. Who plans on buying a house at 21 y/o? Not even the US is that the norm. Sure, some early 20 y/o homeowners exist but usually no one is set up for such an investment/obligation until their late 20s / early 30s..... And these are 2000s habits. There is no fiscal logic or responsibility starting that early and being house poor and nominally having "ownership".
