  3. Except rap. The majority (ha! My disclaimer coming in....) of post 90s Rap is still the cultural and musical armpit of humanity. 90s rap had its share of cultural garbage of course.

  7.  @pardisazizi7703  lol... I'm in between you and OP. I'm Gen Z and always thought the Beatles to be extremely boring. By my mid 30s I changed that opinion but they were never more than an OK band to me. Historic and groundbreaking for sure... But their songs just weren't appealing for the most part.

  9. Only... It wasn't metal.... It became Hardrock. Ironically St. Anger, with its massive flaws, brought them back as a metal band.

  11.  @67hundredthz  yeah... But it was a bad evolution. The album sucked. Production wise maybe it was a milestone but they lost their edge and decided to embrace the Mainstream. It worked for them but they never got a nickel form me thereafter. Bob Rock was a boon and a bane.
